1. How should you enable Boxtrapper in cPanel?

BoxTrapper would require all the email senders that are not listed on your whitelist to reply to the verification email before you are receiving the email. This would eventually protect the inbox from spam.

If you want to avoid all kinds of unwanted emails then it’s possible to enable this on all the emails or only the list of selected emails and you may require configuring BoxTrapper.

• Sign in to the cPanel Account,
• Click on ‘boxtrapper’ icon in the emails section
• You will find the list of emails on the boxtrapper page, scroll down the “Account” tab and check out the status of BoxTrapper (enabled/disabled) under “Status” Then choose ‘manage’ link
• On your BoxTrapper Manage Page, if your status is “Disabled”, then choose “Enable”
