2. How to change the password of FTP account in SiteWorx?

If you need to change the whole main root FTP Account, then you have to change the password of SiteWorx account. However, in order to change the password of your FTP account, follow this guide.

• Sign in to your SiteWorx account.
• Click ‘hosting features’ present under ‘SiteWorx’ menu
• Click the ‘FTP’ option from the menu and choose ‘accounts’

• Under ‘Actions’ list select an appropriate account to edit
• Find your “Change Password” and “Confirm Password” tabs, enter the new password button to create a new password.
• Click the “Save” button.

Now, you can access the FTP account with your new password
