6. How to make ‘user level email filter’ in cPanel?
- Sign into your cPanel account.
- Press “email filters” Icon present in the email section
- Scroll down to see “Filters by Users”, you will find all the existing email accounts, press “Manage Filters” present next to the desired icon.
- Press “Create a New Filter” option
- Add the name for the filter in your Filter Name text box.
- It’s possible to filter emails by many options, and you also want to deal with the e-mail that contains the word “Lottery” or other attention-grabbing words, then choose “Contains” present under the “Rules” list, and choose “Body” from the dropdown menu.
- Choose ‘discard message’ under actions
- After that, press ‘create’ button
